Laurent-Pierre Sans brings more than 25 years of experience in the HR and payroll technology and services sector. Throughout his career he has worked with international organizations on complex transformation initiatives, including global HR and payroll systems architecture, governance frameworks, and multi-country implementations. Having worked with teams across all continents, Laurent brings a strong understanding of the operational and organizational realities behind global payroll programs.
He works closely with executive leaders including CHROs, CIOs, CFOs, and global transformation teams to bring structure to complex initiatives and help them move from strategy to execution.
Laurent will lead the development of Payrollminds France and support the management of global payroll transformation.
